The client
ARCADIS is an international company providing consultancy, design, engineering and management services in the fields of infrastructure, water, environment and buildings. They aim to enhance mobility, sustainability and quality of life by creating balance in the built and natural environment.
A new building
We took care of the total interactive and audiovisual installation of the new Arcardis headquarters in Brussels. The eyecatcher was a 50 inch interactive holoscreen in the entrance of the new building. The screen welcomes clients and gives them the change to browse through the arcardis projects.
A few meeting rooms were installed with projectors, monitors and high end audio installations. We took care of the engineering, installation and support for this installation.
The complete installation is automated and has remote support for interventions.
Added value
We really believe in added value when it comes to multimedia installations. A custom application was developed for the holographic screen in the entrance, this way the experience of the touchscreen is much higher. The application is driven by a CMS, so the people at Arcadis can update content with a click.
Later the application was ported to iPad. A cross platform application has a much higher return on investment, now also the sales people of Arcadis use it to show their projects to clients.
